Eveara Music Limited (Company Number 16626941) provides a music distribution platform that enables artists to distribute their music to various digital streaming platforms and retailers worldwide. Our Service operates on a zero-commission model, allowing artists to keep 100% of their earnings.
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You retain all rights to the music and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Eveara Music a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

We utilize ACRCloud technology to detect and prevent copyright infringement. All uploaded content is scanned for potential copyright violations. You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions for the content you upload.
By using our distribution service, you authorize Eveara Music to distribute your content to selected digital streaming platforms and retailers on your behalf.
Artists retain 100% of their streaming royalties. Eveara Music will facilitate the collection and distribution of royalties according to the schedule provided by streaming platforms. Payment processing may involve third-party services including PayPal and HSBC Bank.
All payments are subject to our payment processing procedures. Minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All releases distributed through our platform must comply with DDEX (Digital Data Exchange) standards. This includes proper metadata formatting, file naming conventions, and ERN (Electronic Release Notification) XML structure. We reserve the right to reject or delay distribution of releases that do not meet these standards.
We offer various membership tiers with different features and benefits. Membership fees are charged according to the plan you select and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any fee changes, and your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eveara Music Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.
