Royalties & Payments

How much do I earn from streams?

+

You keep 100% of your royalties with Eveara Music. The amount you earn per stream varies by platform and region, typically ranging from $0.003 to $0.008 per stream.

Factors affecting your earnings include:

  • The streaming platform
  • The listener's country
  • Whether the listener has a free or premium account
  • The listener's subscription type

When do I get paid?

+

Royalty payments follow this schedule:

  • Streaming platforms report earnings 2-3 months after streams occur
  • Once we receive payments from platforms, they appear in your dashboard
  • You can withdraw your earnings once you reach the minimum threshold
  • Withdrawals are typically processed within 5-7 business days

We use PayPal and HSBC Bank for payment processing.

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?

+

The minimum withdrawal threshold varies by payment method. Check your account settings for current thresholds. We're working on reducing these minimums to provide faster access to your earnings.

How can I track my royalties?

Your dashboard provides comprehensive analytics including:

  • Real-time streaming statistics
  • Earnings by platform and country
  • Historical performance data
  • Detailed sales reports
  • Downloadable CSV reports

Copyright & Rights

Who owns the rights to my music?

+

You do! You retain 100% ownership of your music and all associated rights. Eveara Music only acts as a distributor - we never take ownership of your content.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to distribute your music to streaming platforms, but you maintain full control and can remove your music at any time.

What is ACRCloud and why do you use it?

+

ACRCloud is an audio recognition technology we use to detect potential copyright infringement. When you upload music, we scan it to ensure:

  • You have the rights to distribute the content
  • There are no unauthorized samples or derivative works
  • The content doesn't violate third-party copyrights

This protects both you and the platform from copyright issues.

Can I upload cover songs?

+

Yes, but you must obtain the proper mechanical license first. We can help facilitate this process, or you can obtain licenses through services like Harry Fox Agency or Easy Song Licensing.

Make sure to clearly indicate that your release is a cover version during the upload process.

Technical Support

What are DDEX standards?

+

DDEX (Digital Data Exchange) is an industry standard for exchanging music metadata and rights information between music companies. We comply with DDEX standards to ensure:

  • Accurate metadata delivery to platforms
  • Proper royalty tracking and payment
  • Industry-standard communication with DSPs

This means your music information is formatted correctly for all major platforms.

My release was rejected. What should I do?

+

If your release is rejected, check your email for specific feedback. Common reasons include:

  • Audio quality issues
  • Incorrect metadata or missing information
  • Artwork not meeting requirements
  • Copyright concerns flagged by ACRCloud
  • DDEX standard violations

Fix the issues mentioned and resubmit. If you need help, contact our Service Desk.

Can I make changes after my music is live?

+

Yes, but with limitations:

  • Metadata: Can be updated (track titles, artist names, etc.)
  • Artwork: Can be changed
  • Audio: Cannot be changed once live - you'll need to release a new version
  • Release date: Cannot be changed retroactively

Updates typically take 3-7 days to reflect across all platforms.

+

To cancel your account:

  1. Log into your dashboard

  3. Select "Cancel Account"
  4. Follow the confirmation steps

Note: Canceling your account will remove your music from all platforms within 2-4 weeks. Make sure to withdraw any remaining earnings before canceling.

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • We never sell your personal information
  • You have full control over your data
